Seed Grant ProgramThrough our Seed Grant Program, SMI assists in the development of new Street Medicine programs in communities in the United States. Programs awarded Seed Grants facilitate and enhance the direct provision of health care to the unsheltered homeless where they live by receiving expert training, guidance, and financial support to develop and grow their own Street Medicine programs.
